Speed net communication Error?.While checking the status Only the Communication module is upgraded

In some of our office all the upgradation in Speed net 3.1.2 update 6 is carried out successfully. But while checking the upgradation status on web it shows that only communication module is upgraded.  The upgradation in database is carried out successfully and the office is running in the new version. Then also the upgradation status shows that it is only upgraded in communication module only

CEPT Mysore replied that   It might have been possible that the version update messages created after update-6 were not transmitted or lost during transmission.

The solution is given below.Please download the attached script and run it using scripttool.exe after taking database backups.

Note: This solution is applicable to only offices which have implemented Update-6 .

THIS PATCH IS A MUST TO BE EXECUTED AT ALL OFFICES using BNPL andCollection Agent Module. 

(To update the Base Value of Speed post tariff for One India - One Rate Scheme in BNPL and CA Module)

NOTE: There is already provision in the SpeedNet Module for revising the latest Rate of the Service Tax
under the Supervisor Login:
BNPL--> BNPL Configuration --> Miscellaneous Charges --> Service Tax option.

All offices have to add the entry for new Service Tax rate of 12% effective from 01.04.2012.

   If this patch is not applied then there will be difference in the actual bill amount to 
   that of the Bill Amount generated in the SpeedNet from April 2012 Bill onwards.

Error in Communication Modules-(Caused by trxcheck.txt)

To day I went to one of my office. They are running speed net client and Rnet Communication Properly but while viewing the MIS The office details were not appearing. Firstly I looked through Rnet communication folder. Then I found that txcheck.txt in TXD folder. Then I deleted the trxcheck.txt and rerun the r net communication. But while running two communication then trxcheck.txt is recreated. I deleted the same and transmitted this process continued till all the data is transmitted. The same thing is happened in the case of Speed net communication Problem. Trxcheck.txt is found in EMS Client folder. Then I deleted the txt file and transmitted the data.

Then I talked this problem to colleagues for a permanent solution. They give an idea. I opened

–Windows—----system32-----drivers---etc--hosts(openwith notepad)--then add the entry--218.248.43.143 regnnet.ptcmysore.gov.in(For r net communication)
