SpeedNet3.1.2_15122011_DBPatch1 is released on 23/12/2011 to solve the following errors.
1. While fetching POS Articles , Insured RPs also are getting fetched into SpeedNet.
2. While Login to Speednet error - "There is already an object named versionxmonitor"
Steps to update the patch.

1. Take Full Backup of PSOPCC
2. Execute the Patch1 Exl file through Script Tool.exe
3. Confirm that script is executed succesfully.
