Sub: Delivery of fully pre-paid un-registered mails and speed post articles on 13.04.12

            In view of consecutive holidays for Post Offices from 13.04.12 to 15.04.12, the competent authority has ordered to make arrangements for delivery of fully prepaid unregistered mails and speed post articles from all Departmental Post Offices on 13^th April 2012.  Usual arrangements for effecting delivery as above may be made engaging minimum existing man power, as per the instruction on the subject.

            PMs/SPMs will intimate the KSRTC/Private/Exclusive MMS/Bus operators to collect the bags from mail offices on 13.0412, as per scheduled timings.
