Drinks/Fruits for Cool Summer



This Summer is the time of scorching heat. Even some of places in kerala also recorded a high temperature of 40 C. Also humidity is very high and sun is ruthless. But this is also the period of the flourishing time of fruits also. These fruits helps us on keep cool in this summer . But most of the young generation is addicted with Colas not with our natural Fruits. Natural Fruits has a chilling effect on us and and also helps to retain/regain the vitamins and minerals in our body. By having these drinks and fruits this summer will be best for our health. SA PARAVUR suggests/recommends some summer fruits/ drinks for this Summer

Tender Coconut

The water of tender coconut, technically the liquid endosperm, is the most nutritious wholesome beverage that the nature has provided for the people of the tropics to fight the sultry heat. It has caloric value of 17.4 per 100gm.
"It is unctuous, sweet, increasing semen, promoting digestion and clearing the urinary path," says Ayurveda on tender
coconut water (TWC). This is an excellent tonic for the old and child. This water effective in treatment kidney and urethral stones . It contains high amount of many minerals like potassium, sodium, magnesium and the fat level is very low.


Mango

The national fruit of India also known as the King of Fruits. This is a fleshy stone fruit readily and cheaply available during summer season. Mango is rich with fibers and contains a variety of phytochemicals and nutrients. It is rich with vitamin c and provitamin A and amino acids. Mango Juice is an excellent drink in Cool summer. This improves complexion, stimulates hunger , improves vision and help in loss weight.


Water Melon

This fruit is thought to originate in Africa. This fruit is very delicious and help in health building. This fruit/juice is very effective in killing Thirst. This fruit is very rich Vitamin A, B ,C. Watermelon is mildly diuretic and contains large amount of beta carotene ,the red flesh in water melon is a significant source of lychopene. This fruit/juice also readily available during summer time and also has cheap rate



Berries

Berries are also very common type of Fleshy fruit of summer season. The small fruits(all berries, strawberries, raspberries,blackberries, blueberries) having a good amount of fibers and vitamins helps us to keep energetic during the summer.Berries can also help is losing weight.



Guava

Guava contains a variety of vitamins and minerals and it rich with shugar and iron keeps you energetic during the summer season. Vitamins C in Guava is a poweful antioxidant helps us to make the skin look bright. This is helpful in regulating the blood pressure, because of it vitamin E content this is very good for skin.
