also recorded a high temperature of 40 C. Also humidity is very high
and sun is ruthless. But this is also the period of the flourishing
time of fruits also. These fruits helps us on keep cool in this
summer . But most of the young generation is addicted with Colas not
with our natural Fruits. Natural Fruits has a chilling effect on us
and and also helps to retain/regain the vitamins and minerals in our
