In
India, the middle-class government employees are
frustrated. To cope with the nowadays inflation and corruption,
has made the life of middle
class employees
full of frustrations. The middle-classgovernment employees are
an important component of the Indian society
The
middle-class government employees follow some social
ethics. Among them patriotism is a subject which the
middle-class government employees are very alert. Family
life maintaining , duties towards the parents , women’s value in
the society , duties towards children-wife-and-family , the value of
friendship , to help the distressed are such virtues that makes the
foundation of the middle-class government employees.
Most
of the middle-class government employees have tremendous
nag towards education. In India it’s the middle-class government
employees that in the majority of cases gain higher degrees
through honest efforts and not by using power like the rich
community. To them it’s the education which is most important. They
hardly hanker after money and
don’t use their brains to make
money but
to gather perfect knowledge. They don’t even think of sending their
children abroad like the children of the rich, but wants to stay in
their own country to serve the nation.
The
middle-class government employees afraid to get involve in
corruption as they lead their lives on government jobs
only.
Obviously, frustration among the middle-class government employee’s families in India is rising alarmingly. As such, weakness in economic governance is emerging steadily, which may create a gap between middle- classgovernment employees aspirations and lifestyles.
Obviously, frustration among the middle-class government employee’s families in India is rising alarmingly. As such, weakness in economic governance is emerging steadily, which may create a gap between middle- classgovernment employees aspirations and lifestyles.
The
middle-class government employees uses or consumes globally
branded goods ranging from electronics, cars, motorcycles, fast
food and computer gadgets. In the case of specific
sectors, growth has been particularly strong in mobile phones.
The
lifestyle of the middle-class government employees have
indeed changed dramatically over the past few years. So many items
that were never thought of using, eating and buying have become
essential elements of their lives.
But
the inflation is rising steadily in the country and quickly burning a
hole in the pockets of these people. Almost everyone feels they
are fighting
alosing
battle against price. Rising prices create mounting stress.
In the country’s government official segments, the tiers of
employees have long since been divided into the three basic classes
of upper, middle and lower classes based on income. The
middle class and lower class comprises a large
portion of the country’s government employees and they
are the worst sufferers.
Those
with limited earnings find
it a major obstacle to realize their dreams in this market of
inflated prices. The rate at which the price of necessities is going
up, middle class government employees fear to even think of
buying something out of simple desire. It is becoming increasingly
difficult to meet the budget. In fact, often they have to dive into
their savings. Sometimes the slightest wishes cannot
be fulfilled.
The
high prices, stress and the subsequent hardships and time
constraints mean these all have to be put off until an undetermined
time.
According
to what an economist says, the middle-class employees want to lead
their lives with dignity and that is why they give importance to
housing and education
first and then go for food, medical
treatment and transportation. After spending the lion’s share of
their income on these, they cannot meet their food and
other expenses with the amount left, he said.
With
the price hike of
essentials, the people from limited income are forced to
have low standard foods. As a result, they are suffering
from malnutrition,
which is affecting their intellectual development as well. Besides,
their health is further threatened, as these people are left with
little money to have proper medical treatment.
The
culprit has been the social division where the rich are becoming
rich and poor are becoming poorer and in between
them the middle-class employees are bring sandwiched.
